LEVEL AND FLOW

In recent years, rising oil and gas output from unconventional shale plays has generated tremendous wealth for producers, oilfield service providers, and the wider economy. However, it has also placed increasing strains on natural resources, such as water.

The issue goes beyond how much water is needed per well; it also extends to the amount of water being produced. In some instances, as many as ten barrels of water are produced for every barrel of oil. Add to this the flowback water from injection, and the industry is having to manage billions of barrels of water annually.

WEIGHT

PRESSURE

A full Wheatstone bridge is diffused into a silicon wafer and then micro-machined to exacting standards to produce a silicon sensor that has excellent stability, linearity, repeatability, and excellent long-term stability. At our state-of-the-art facilities, transducers are calibrated using extremely high accuracy equipment, and a 5-point NIST traceable calibration certificate is included with each model.

CURRENT

AC Current Transducers are the latest innovation from IAsensors Technologies. Monitoring the current or power controlled by silicon-controlled rectifiers (SCRs) can be a challenge, especially the current used by heaters. When used to monitor zero-crossing (burst) fired SCRs, the ATH will provide an output signal directly proportional to the RMS amperage. Zero-crossing fired controls allow current to flow to the circuit for as short of a time period as one cycle, and off for several cycles. Most current sensors will not work well when there is no current present. This capability is important in case a heating element fails but the process continues operating, which could result in scrapped material.

Alimentary Grade UVC Lamps

Our UVC lamp technology has coverage in various spectra of light and radiation. The protection of the tubes allows IP65 and anti-burst mesh to be used in the food industry.
